How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is 1-2 business days. If you order before 12:00 on weekdays, you will usually receive the package the next day.

Where do you ship from?

We ship our goods from Aarhus, where we have a clinic, warehouse and office.

Do Loui Lashes' products live up to their promises?

Yes, as many of Loui Lashes' current customers have also stated, we have a high quality. The products are carefully selected and tested over a long period of time, before they are launched on our shop. Therefore, the products should make your work easier and more beautiful. However, if you are not satisfied with your products, please write us an email at louilashes@outlook.dk, we will always help.

Can you pick up your package yourself?

Yes, you can. You choose 'Pick up in Aarhus' under delivery options and you will be contacted shortly afterwards, or you have the option to contact us yourself. Contact us at _louilashes on Instagram or by email at louilashes@outlook.dk if you want to pick up the package very quickly after ordering, we will do everything we can to make this possible.
